Kimball Chen
Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Kimball Chen founded Oneway Capital in 2024 and serves as Chief Investment Officer. He invests proprietary capital across public and private markets, with a focus on semiconductors and technological change. His work as an investor sits alongside experience building technology products and businesses, connecting fundamental research with an operator’s understanding of execution.
In May 2026, Kimball launched an independent ecommerce business that generated more than $500,000 in revenue in its first five months across over 30 SKUs. He personally built its AI automation. As Core Platform Product Manager at Youlify from May 2025 to May 2026, he designed healthcare revenue-cycle, analytics and AI automation products and helped recover $2 million in denied revenue across six customers in six months.
His earlier product work includes Playgo AI, where he was a Product Manager from November 2023 to March 2025, and a summer 2023 product internship on NBA 2K Mobile at 2K Games.
